What is VFFS machine hire?
Vertical form fill seal machinery forms rollstock film into a bag, receives a measured dose, seals the pack and cuts it from the web. A rental assessment must treat dosing, film handling, bag forming, sealing and finished-pack quality as one process.
Rental note: specific VFFS machines, dosing systems, forming sets, film compatibility and hire periods are confirmed only after sample-led testing, site review and availability checks.

What does a vertical form fill seal machine do?
It draws packaging film from a reel, forms it around a tube, receives a controlled product dose, creates the vertical and horizontal seals and separates the finished bag.
Can one VFFS machine pack powders and granules?
The bag-making section may handle several suitable applications, but the dosing method must match the product. Fine or cohesive powders, free-flowing granules and counted pieces can require different feeding and dosing systems.
Is VFFS the same as a premade pouch machine?
No. VFFS forms the bag from rollstock film during production. A premade pouch machine opens and fills a pouch supplied in its finished shape. State which pack route you intend to use.
What film information is required?
Provide the material structure, thickness, roll width, core, print repeat, registration mark, sealing requirements and representative reels where possible. Film suitability cannot be assumed from bag dimensions alone.
